Three Bedroom Soundside House, Located in Corolla
A great vacation! Love that the house is located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood. Went with two other families, one with a 2 year old and one with a 1 ½ year old and we all felt very safe taking walks to the pool or even the beach. The house itself was also very kid-friendly with a high chair, pack n play, and step stools for the bathrooms. Nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable.
Favorite Family Activites: Beach, beach, beach! Went to the beach 5 of our 7 days there. Most days we drove the short distance and parking was easy. One day, we walked and it was super easy--even for a 2 year old! Used the playground by the TimBuck II shopping center often.
Favorite Places to Visit or Eat: Climbed the Currituck Lighthouse. The little ones were permitted, so that was great. Drove down to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse too, boy that was a long drive! Fun to pass through the little towns though. Loved Fat Crabs Rib Company right by the Currituck Lighthouse.
